I first came across Emeralds of Oz by Wizard Games when a friend recommended it to me. Being a fan of both puzzle games and The Wizard of Oz, I was immediately intrigued. I downloaded the game and started playing right away.
One thing I really like about Emeralds of Oz is the charming graphics and the way the game incorporates elements from the classic story. The puzzles are challenging enough to keep me engaged, but not so difficult that I get frustrated. However, one downside is that sometimes the ads can be a bit overwhelming, interrupting the flow of gameplay.
During one level, I was so focused on trying to match the emeralds that I didn't notice the timer ticking down. Just as I was about to run out of time, my cat jumped onto my lap and distracted me, causing me to frantically tap the screen and make a bunch of random matches. Surprisingly, I ended up completing the level with seconds to spare!
For new players, my biggest tip would be to take your time and plan your moves carefully. Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the excitement and rush through the levels, but you'll have more success if you strategize and think ahead. Also, don't be afraid to use power-ups when you get stuck!
I really appreciate the variety of levels in Emeralds of Oz. From matching colored emeralds to completing challenges to unlocking new characters, there's always something new and exciting to keep me coming back for more. The ability to connect with friends and compete on leaderboards adds an extra layer of fun.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Emeralds of Oz to my friends. It's a fun and addictive game that offers a unique twist on classic match-three gameplay. Plus, who doesn't love a trip down the yellow brick road? I think anyone who enjoys puzzle games or The Wizard of Oz would have a great time playing this gem of a game.
